MY STORY
My name is Ray Biscaglia, I am the owner and operator of All COUNTY HANDYMAN LLC. The services I provide specializes in the Handyman trades, such as; electrical, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing, inspections, property preservation, landscaping, Carpentry, for both residential and commercial businesses.
Fully insured and registered with NYS Department of Taxation and Finance.
I personally have experience in all aspects of my company's services, former union member of NYC Carpenter's and Joiners (local #2287), 2nd grade engineer for Freedom Cruises, maritime Carpenter for Caddell dry dock repairs, Construction Consultant for Spinluanch Inc, almost 30 years total in-respected fields.
